The IRS generally requires you to obtain an EIN when a new entity is formed. We will prepare the EIN form (SS-4) and obtain the EIN typically within 3 business days. A U.S. Social Security Number or ITIN is required. $125

If the country belongs to the 1961 Hague Convention, an apostille may be obtained for that specific country. The apostille is an additional certification page attached to a filed document and it typically bears the seal of the given state. Many foreign banks require an apostille for authentication purposes. Delaware - $110, Nevada - $150, and all other States - $100
Countries Accepting Apostilles

For countries that are not signatories of the Hague Convention, documents must be authenticated at the US Department of State. They are then legalized at a specific Consulate. The price will vary depending on which Consulate the document is legalized and whether expedite service is necessary. Please contact us for price quote for a specific Consulate.

We can register your vessel in Delaware. The requirements include a simple registration form and notarized bill of sale. If the vessel is new, an original certificate of origin or MSO is required. Registration time is approximately 2-5 business days.   Fee will depend on size of vessel.  Please inquire at sales@worldwideinc.net for boat registration application and fee.

A registered agent accepts and forwards service of process as well as state tax notices. A registered agent is required by law in most states. $85, all other States $125
